WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please reach out to info@prophessclothing.com to report a production issue and provide your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
DAMAGES & PRINT ERRORS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
